Acer Aspire v3-471G no POST,blackscreen .After CPU upgrade HELP

I have a acer aspire v3-471g i upgrade my cpu from i5 to i7(it's other compter) and after i replace the cpu i left everything half close and try if it worked(done twice,first try i nver put the fan and it crush) and suddenly the hard disk drop out(it nver disconnect) and hanging the screen hang will loading to windows 8.then after that i force close it then after that when i start it it just show black screen no post .Help pls

So, attempt #1 you had no fan, and #2 the hard drive failed/got disconnected? If so, the no fan may have messed up the CPU. Might also not be in the socket right.

Thanks. It boot half way then it got hang the harddisk never got disconnected. Does it only mess up the cpu or with the socket?

The way Intel CPUs are installed, they use a land grid stay. The CPU has pockets which fit into pins on the socket. Possibly a pin is bent.

Actually will the bios get corrupted from doing that? And the pin being bent I don't so think it bent
