Acer erecovery password

im trying to format my laptop to its factory default setting using the erecovery but when im trying to start the recovery a window pop telling me to enter password.. i dont know any password to that.. what am i gonna do? help me pls.. tnx!

You'll have to contact Acer for assistance. The bypassing of passwords is against forum policy.
