Acer wont boot in a continuous loop

Hello everyone, Paul here.... Today I tried to start my laptop and it is in a continuous loop where it goes back to the black screen with safe mode option start windows normally option etc... whatever I choose it takes me to a blue screen where it is trying to dump corrupt files and then goes back to the original black screen

What is the laptop model, and are you able to write down the blue screen info?
