All apps move to SD except for Snapchat it starts to move then says unable to move and the storage space is not the issue plz

If the phone's SD card is set up as 'internal' storage, it should allow the move. However, if it isn't set up that way, then that app wouldn't be movable.

You can try uninstalling it and then see if you can download it directly to the card. If it will, you should be good. If it won't then it won't run on a card which is 'external' storage.
