AMD Laptop perfomance drop.

So i recently had a little tiny problem with my Laptop.
Specs:
720p 16:9 screen.
Radeon R7 GPU
AMD A10 7300 1.9-3.2
And i can't find the damned motherboard no matter how much i am looking for it.
But anyway,the problem is my GPU.
Recently,my GPU had unusual temperatures,up to 91 degrees.
And then i noticed that the fans kept running at the same speed over and over.A slow speed to be detailed.
If you are about to ask,yes i do have an external cooler,had to get one at some point to increase my performance.And even with it connected my fans used to go crazy and keep the GPU at a nice 40 degrees.
I don't know what to do,i keep it overclocked at it's max speed of 1300 mhz at any time.I always did.It just happened suddenly.
Is there any way i could control the laptop fan again?The most effective one apparently.
I tried speedfan,i heard it might do something.I just didin't understood the layout.
Then i tried my AMD overdrive witch did show me the option to control fans but they appear graved.


If there is anything i could do,please let me know.

You don't post specs or motherboard model for a laptop, you post the laptop make & model. We can get the specs from that if necessary.
