AMD to previously NVIDIA installed PC

Can i insert a AMD Radeon 6370M notebook graphic card to an Intel i5 2410M compatible notebook motherboard? In short view: i have a pc that contains that GPU and another pc that has no GPU.
I know it's stupid to ask since i only know different models of CPUs works on certain types of motherboards but i'm asking for a little chance over here...

No. The 6370m is a BGA(soldered) gpu. Very few laptops actually have GPUs that can be replaced(MXM) and they are usually high end machines with higher end gpus.
