If I want to use it as an active 7.1 subwoofer system what can i do? Can you suggest some 7.1 active power amplifier kit ?
 
Check out Parts-express.com for power amp boards. Be aware that the power ratings are both exaggerated and dependent on the speaker impedance and the power supply for the amp.
They also carry speaker and active subwoofer kits. Very nice folks.
Check the specs carefully and assume the lowest number you find will be less than you would get in an equally rated AV receiver. Those have to meet a much more stringent measurement protocol
