Animated Lyric video

I want to make an animated lyric video like this one-

I use windows 8 and don't have a graphic card. I've heard about Adobe after effects but it doesn't run on my pc. Is there any software that i can use on my pc to do so?

After effects doesn't run on my pc bcoz i have only 251MB of graphics memory and it requires a lot more. Could u tell me a few softwares that could do so and don't require much graphic memory?

With that little amount of RAM, it's going to be tough. Maybe try Windows Movie Maker

Thats not the RAM..i have a 1GB RAM (can upgrade it to 3GB if neede). Its the video memory.
