I originally had a problem with my graphics card (gtx 970) with my computer that I got from Cyberpower. After a weeks of waiting I get a replacement graphics card only to notice that this isn't working right as well. At first, it seemed to be working fine, but after a while I noticed that the frame rate is about 25 fps lower than what it usually is. In GTA V on very high settings I usually get around 85 fps and now I'm getting around 55-65, which is kind of annoying for me. I have checked everything and none of the settings have changed from what they have used to be and I don't have v-sync on or anything. I also have a 144hz BenQ monitor but it said it was at 60hz and I have no idea how to change it. If you guys know anything about this or have any solutions please help because I really don't want to go and wait 4 weeks just to get my computer back all scratched up with another faulty GPU.

Sorry, but this is typical of what can be expected from iBuypower and CyberpowerPC. It's doubtful that you even got a new card. Likely, you got a different, but not new, card, that somebody else has used previously and was salvaged from a returned system. Unfortunately your only options are likely waiting on them, or going your own way.
