Anyone able to access this file Access file?

Dear Community,


I am having a hard time opening the following Access file.

It is a public file found on this small page here (Toward the bottom under "Public Data Files")

http/neea.org/resource-center/regional-data-resources/residential-building-stock-assessment

The file downloaded is named: '2011-rbsa-single-family-database.mdb'

I have applied a couple hot-fixes from Microsoft too.


I have tried opening the file on the following system types:

*Windows 7 64-bit Office 2010 32-bit (Several machines)
*Windows 7 64-bit Office 2010 64-bit (Several machines)
*Windows 7 64-bit Office 2007
*Windows XP 32-bit Office 2007

I do know know of any other linked files I need to have for this to work.

I receive the following error on every system:

I downloaded it, unzipped it, and it opened just fine. Office 2013 and 2010.

Are you running Office 32-bit or 64-bit? On Windows 7 64-bit I am assuming.

and
Win7 64 + Office 2010 32b

If it's failing across that many systems, you may just have a corrupt download.

Thanks - the download may have been corrupt or I suck at clicking links.

This is funny. I was downloading the file which was around ~3MB but then I downloaded this from a 32-bit XP machine and it downloaded a .zip folder which then contained an ~18MB file that I could then open successfully.

Thanks alot for confirming my suspicions and pointing me in the right direction.
