Appcrasa problem

Hello,
when i open my outlook in my computer ,then flowing problem are shown:
APPCRASAH
File name:MSVCR80.dll

MSVCR80.dll is this is the C runtime. There could be several problems:

1) The dll may have been corrupted or delete by a virus / malware. Use your virus scanner to look for issues.

2) Try uninstalling Outlook and reinstalling it.
