Are there any headsets that compatible with the Xbox One and PC within the £150 range?

I was looking for a headset worth around £150 which will work with both Xbox One and PC. I was looking at the Razer Kraken 7.1 but that was USB connection and not sure if that would work with the Xbox?

I saw the Razer Xbox Edition but i was really looking for a 7.1 headset and never knew if they came with that.

Any recommendations would help!

Theres an edition that is. It's the one thats white and blue. It should say that it is in the title or description.
