Are those laptops/notebooks good?

Are these good for their price? I know they are without os with this price but they have good specs or any other in the same price range/ specs ?

Go with the second one if you plan on gaming which comes with GT 640M.
The first one which is an ultrabook have longer battery life and fast SSD but it doesn't have dedicated graphics.
