Assitance Needed On Laptop

Hi guys and girls ......... Long time observer first time thread writer having trouble with my asus laptop works fine but cant use Nero on it have had Nero tech look into it and nothing someone suggested update firmware and or software but no idea how to do this as i stated just learning about computers to be honest it seems i have invested way to much in paying people to install programs and install programs i need but to be honest seems like im all over the shop with what i got and what i do need and i seem to be getting ripped off was wondering if anyone had Team Viewer and was willing to help me with this issues any support or assistance would be greatfull cheers

Before you try paying somebody that would fix your laptop, please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help in solving the issue for free.

If all these will not work you last option would be to reinstall Windows itself.
