Asus b53j vrs hp probook 4520s

Hello, hope you are all doing fine...
Im trying to decide between a ASUS B53J and a hp probook 4520s, specs are as follow for both:
Intel i5 580m
320gb 7200rpm hd
ati radeon hd5450 512mb gpu
(asus is hybrid and can use the integrated card when the dedicated one is not needed)
4gb ddr3 ram.
windows 7 pro 64.

Only big difference aside of brand is that the asus comes with a full hd screen and the hp only has a hd screen,
they are both 15.6 inch laptops.
the hp goes for $630
the asus goes for $670
both manufacturer refurbished

The computer is for my father, he will use it for work using software such as autocad and proyect. Plus he likes light video editing nothing too demanding.
