Asus Battery doesn't charge fully

For the last few days I have this problem. My Asus laptop battery does not charge fully. I mean it shows 94-97% (plugged in, charging), but does not go beyond 98%. Everything was working fine until a few days ago I left laptop on sleeping mode throught the night.

Ps. my battery is one of those which are hard to take out and need to open half of computer to reach so I can't excatly take battery out.

1. The laptop doesn't let it overcharge (power manager)
2. It lost some of its capacity
3. Try to discharge it to 0% and then Recharge overnight to see will it charge up 100% (one cycle or re-charge)
