I'd like some perspective from people with the titled laptops if possible. I get to buy a laptop which is meant to last a few years tomorrow and I have some slight reservations.
So, I'm buying second hand. I can get the Asus ROG G750JS for £800 or the Aorus v2-CF1 X7 for £1300. I'm leaning towards the Asus purely on a financial level but I really need to be able to transport the laptop to Uni and back pretty much every day. I'll be using a backpack to carry it around.
Is the Asus too much of a big beast to carry around? Is it really worth the extra bucks to go with the Aorus? I know it has sli and more graphical capabilities but I'd really only be buying it for the weight and how slim it is.
Any help on this front would be greatly appreciated.
