Asus G750JZ shutting down

My laptop shuts down suddenly playing or not.

-Temps in GPU and Processor never go above 60° normally, and 80° while playing.
-Event log shows Kernel Power critical error.
- Windows takes longer to load after sudden shut down and no "Run windows normally" window appear.
-No known action that triggers this issue or strange behaviour before the shutdown, can happen anytime.
-BIOS has never been updated or any other component. (Except for windows update)
-GPU is over-clocked, so is the CPU.
-No dust, since I bought it less than three weeks ago
-Happened in flat surface with battery and AC connected.
-Tested with AC/Battery only, everything normal.

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7 4700HQ Processor at 3.4Ghz
Video: GTX 880M 4GB
Memory: DDR3L MHz SDRAM, 16gb
1.5tb at 5400RPM

So, how can I fix this issue?

undo the overclocks, update the BIOS and if that doesn't work reinstall windows.
