I have been looking at getting a new laptop, which I will use mainly for World of Warcraft with all settings maxed out.
From what I have been seeing:
- MSI and Asus are the top two.
- MSI GT72 and Sager/Clevo both have upgradable video cards.
- Sager/Clevo looks to be available without an OS (I don't need an OS since I am replacing my current laptop and I have Win 7 DVDs).
- Alienware was at the top until I found that the Graphics Amplifier only runs the external GPU at x4 speed.
- Anyone know anything about Origin? Looks like they do custom builds like Sager/Clevo

- I want to be able to run WoW maxed out with good FPS.
- I would like to be able to upgrade the video card, maybe to SLI
- I would like to be able to upgrade the RAM to at least 24GB.
- 120hz+ display would be nice.
- being able to upgrade to M.2 SSD would be nice

Inputs?

I got a customized Sager for a unbeatable price off of XOTIC PC.com and it runs flawlessly with the best possible setup for a laptop (or close to it)
Specs were amazing and the build quality was like that of a gaming Asus laptop.
Specs:
-Intel i7-4910MQ (2.9GHz to 3.9GHz)
-GeForce GTX 980 8 GB of Vram
-16 gigs of ram
-1tb 7200rpm HDD and 500 GB SSD (2)
-price- $2800
For that price and those specs, its amazing. I agree worth others that the CPU is an overkill (you don't Need all that power) but it is customizable. You should really check it out. I went to a store so I can feel if the build quality was good, and it was.

The PC plays Wow without breaking a sweat. Played it all maxed out with tons of fps to spare. May even run it at 4k, haven't tried it yet. I would send screenshots but I don't know how to.

Xotic doesn't have the 120hz option though. HIDevolution has Sager/Clevo with 120hz screen options. I am also thinking of waiting to see if Nvidia releases Pascal mobile GPUs this summer.
