ASUS Internal Laptop Battery Pinout

I replaced the 4-cells of my Laptop's Battery however it doesn't seem to work.
Laptop Model : ASUS K450JN-WX019D
Battery Model : A41-X550E

I checked the batteries, they are alright, getting (14.77V) but I want to check the PCB, however I can't seem to get output from that plug (see image), can anyone tell me which pins I need to connect to get the correct output?

I have tried connecting all three +ve and -ve pins one-by-one, not getting output.

What voltage do you have between the arrows one and two?

I Have the same problem. I have 0V between arrows.

Can you tell me where did you measure the 14.77 volts? Also, can you give me the numbers and/or letters on the three chips with the arrows.
