ASUS K53E Chargin point heating

Hi everyone.

For past one month im having heating issue on the charging point.

When I remove the battery and connect the adapter , there is no heating issue, similary when I shutdown my laptop and connect the battery and charge it - no heating issue,

But if the battery is inserted and laptop is ON and I connect the adapter , the charging point gets heated up - that I cant event touch the charging point.

At that time it shows "AC Mode" and "Battery Mode" , it gets flickering .

I have tried changing the AC adapter but the problem still exist. What shall I do next? Any advice is appreciated!

Well next step is to try another battery, if that doesnt work then the charging circuit is faulty.
