Asus k70af No POST , No BIOS , No boot!

Hi guys.I'm new in here so i hope you can help me with my problem.I own an Asus k70af.The issue can be described as: Very often it happens thet my laptop shows black screen and keeps restarting every 10 seconds.Fans are off during this issue.Then only way to start it is let it get warmed on bed.I'm guessing this is a motherboard problem.I cannot RMA because is 4 years old.Can i fix this issue??

"Wormed on bed?" Assuming it doesn't actually have worms, did you mean warm? The system only works when it is warm and fails when it is cold?

Sorry my bad english.As i said up. It keeps restarting. During this issue no sound from fans no bios image no nothing.I have few ipotheses : A bad chipset contact, Ac adapter problem my original input 19V 4.74A, but my ac adapter is not original so it has 20V and 3.24A ratings and few others that i checked them.

I went few days ago to a repair shop and they told me for all laptop who has this issue there is two posibilities:NorthBridge Chipset is not initializing sucessfully or a Bad chipset/video card. Reflow/reball your bad chipset will fix this issue!
