asus n56vm-ab71 16gb ram upgrade problem

asus n56vm-ab71 works fine with 12gb(8gb+4gb) ram upgrade( ddr3 1600 sodimm 204 pin cl11) but not with 16gb(8gb+8gb)...shows black screen .....Individually all the RAM(4gb,8gb,8gb) are working fine... any idea how to fix this problem.....

Points:
- are both 8GB modules IDENTICAL?
- perhaps a BIOS update is needed.
- black screen completely? (No BIOS).

Troubleshooting:
1) Update the BIOS
2) Insert one 8GB module.
3) Modify the BIOS to the LOWEST frequency allowed for your RAM.
4) Add the 8GB module.

Also, did the laptop come with a 4GB + 8GB setup? If so, that's weird because that would only operate at HALF the speed of having two sticks with the same capacity.

here is my answer for your questions
Points:
- are both 8GB modules IDENTICAL?---> yes
- perhaps a BIOS update is needed.--> i am using bios(214 )
- black screen completely? (No BIOS). yes..it is complete black screen...and no boot function

Troubleshooting:
1) Update the BIOS ----> please let me know if you have or know any link to download the bios to fix this problem(i tried the lastest one from asus is not fixing this problem)
2) Insert one 8GB module. ---individually all the memory modules are working fine as long as the total memory not exceeds 12gb
3) Modify the BIOS to the LOWEST frequency allowed for your RAM.---let me know how can we do that...?
4) Add the 8GB module.
