Asus notebook stuck in reboot f9 screen!

Hi, I'm new to this and getting very frustrated with my asus notebook. It has windows 8 pre installed but I am stuck in the 'diagnosing your pc' and 'repairing your pc' loop.
I have accessed the reboot screen by hitting F9 when loading but I get stuck at the point. The notebook freezes after I select any of the 3 options in the reboot menu. I want to access the troubleshoot option so I can restore my notebook to factory settings. Please can someone help me, it's not old and I'm unable to use it thank you

If this will not work you'll need to order a System Recovery disc to reinstall Windows 8 into your laptop. Please use the link below to order a new set of Recovery disc from ASUS.

Hi, thanks for your reply but I can't restore from disc as its a notebook, also I can't get windows to load so I am the video link you sent me is not a solution for me. My notebook won't load windows, it gets stuck diagnosing pc or repairing pc. I can access the blue options menu from f9 , but the troubleshooting button will not work.
