ASUS ROG G751 vs GIGABYTE P35Wv3

I'm really lost and I can not make up my mind, which gaming laptop you guys vote to go with?
Shall I sacrifice portability for the sake of noise and cooling? or sacrifice that for the portability?
For me the ASUS looks better than GIGABYTE, but which one would be future proof?

Basically I'm looking for a gaming laptop with the following key points:

128-256GB SSD
16 GB RAM
965m or 970m

I need your ideas about that... Thank you

I'd go the Asus, like the bigger SSD, and Asus has a better rep for their laptops

No such thing as future proof, and for gaming the laptop noise isn't really relevant because so much noise comes from games, and you'll probably have headphones on anyway. So get the one with the best screen, CPU and graphics card. So the ASUS looks like the better choice to me.
