Hi guys ,

It's time to say good bye to my old acer aspire vn7-792g.

Right now my preority for notebook is to have gtx 1070 and G-sync!

I'm right now stoped on ASUS ROG GL702VS , however I see that asus rog g752vs , is with around 300 Euro more expensive than g752vs And I really dont understand why. Both laptops are the same, the have gtx 1070 , they have 16 GB Memory(752 dual channel). SSD and HDD same , however g752vs got i7-6700HQ where the g702VS got i7-7700HQ , and the strange thing is that the 752 is more expensive?! Why!? What is better in this notebook I keep watching specs but kind find anything superior than the gl702VS?!

Btw I'm also open for another notebook suggestion, as I said main requirement is to have gtx 1070 + g-sync panel.

thanks in advance :)

Superninja12 , what you mean way better display? Also how much Hz is the 752VS one ? As you mentioned the 702vs got 120hz + g-sync , which gurantee a smooth play from 30 fps up to 118, and since this is mobile version of 1070 I doubt myself that it will ever produce more than 120.

Anyway then another question! Does it really make any difference gaming above 60 fps, as most of you know even some games come with always on V-SYNC and you simply cant get over 60 FPS. Anyway is it worth it sacrafice a 120 hz g-sync , to less one but far better color?

@Sorbert both laptops are with 17.3 screen ... (facepalm)!

the 752, has got way better colours from every aspect. this makes a huge difference.

depends on the game with competitive games like league csgo you can easily pull 120 fps, although this will only make a huge difference on csgo.

for triple a games 60 hz or 120 hz doesn't really makker (witcher 3 gta 5)
