Asus t100 notebook is it compatible with java 8?

Yes, because it has Windows 8.1 installed. It can be upgraded to Win 10 for free, but I believe it must be done before July 28th, 2016.

Java will run on any modern Windows operating system. Mac OS can also run Java code. On the other hand, Java is not supported by Android devices.
