Asus UL30VT gives STOP: 0x0000007B

Solution
Hi,

The operating system of your laptop may be damaged or corrupted already and the only way around it is to do a factory reset but again you mentioned that you still need to salvage your dad's picture. You can just take the HDD off the laptop make it run like an external HDD, use a enclosure to convert your HDD into an external HDD. Connect it to another PC or laptop then backup everything you need from it. Once done you can just put it back to the laptop and run a fresh copy of Windows 10.
