Hi, I have an ASUS Vivobook Pro 15 OLED (M3500, AMD Ryzen 5000 Series) and I've had this laptop since late September 2023. This problem started a month ago, around January 14th, where whenever I plug in my laptop, the display starts freaking out. The taskbar and elements on the screen start flickering but when I unplug it, it immediately stops. Task manager also flickers and apparently that means its a software and not a hardware issue? Also, my laptop is on 60hz refresh rate only so I can't change it.
When I play games like Minecraft and the Sims 4 while charging, they run smoother but the screen and characters flicker a bit (due to charging) and it makes the games unpleasant to play. As a result of this, I now only play games on battery which is inconvenient for me.
If there's any suggestions on how to fix this issue, I'll greatly appreciate it!!
