asus x553ma -n3540 notebook's driver installation problem

My friends, I bought Asus x553ma -n3540 laptop from my near city with my savings. It was free dos.so, I installed windows . but when I tried to install the driver DVD came along with my laptop,it shows a error message. It says I've to setup windows 8.1 to install those drivers or my hardwares don't meet the minimum requirements. I am poor person.So it's not possible for me to go to the city.what do I do? Please help
