at&t sim card in a tmobile phone for straighttalk is asking for a puk number

I bought a T-mobile prepaid phone but found it it won't work in my area. As it turns out i can switch it straight talk via a at&t sim card with BYOP program but it is asking for a puk number what do i do.

Call your service provider and they will give you the PUK code.
