Audio fault

Hello,
im using winsows xp on dell laptop where i installed the driver from dell for the same model for windows 7 but still not hearing sound from built in speakers i checked the sound prperities so this device working prpberly and when play some audio file yoy can see the volume indicater moving but withou the sound ,,, so pleas

windows 7 doesn't require driver's


still not get ur speaker's checked at custmer care
