I have a Samsung Galaxy Amp 2. I was on Cricket no problems with internet. I have same internet provider but changed phone service to Consumer Cellular.had service just about 6 weeks. Originally no problem with internet, but when they send updates it knocks me off and I can't get back on.Last updates went on my data made bill high. After that it's been on again until a couple of days ago more updates I am kicked off again and it says authentication error occurred.I know the password word and stuff are right I have only had one have not changed my laptop works and my Amazon Prime works. Can you help me please???

Try turning off your "Data" when you are using "WiFi". Sometimes they give each other trouble. And this way if the WiFi drops, then you will just lose your connection and have to reconnect. It won't put you on "Data" and raise your bill.
