Sorry, that was the first question, and I
meant to add a little more before I hit send.
-Go to the icon that runs the program, just
look in the Windows/Start Menu/ Programs
directory.
-click and hold on the program name,
choose Copy off the menu.
-Change the directory in FileExplorer to
Windows/Startup
-Choose Edit, Paste shortcut from the menu
at the bottom of the screen (you can also
click in the file area and hold to get a
context sensitive menu).
Be careful not to move the shortcut, only
copy it or you may get other difficulties -
starting the program manually or if you
delete the startup link.
To close an application there's at least one
program but I don't recall the name at the
moment- try a web search. Perhaps
someone will post names for you.
