This is a new dell laptop Inspiron i7559. Is this a bad screen bleed? Should i exchange it. Also after updating the drivers my desktop wallpaper changes automatically between this greyed pixeled and my original wallpaper. Happens randomly. All the drivers are up to date. Any ideas? Thanks!

The backlight bleeding does not look too bad, there is only one small bright spot on the center-left of the screen which might be a little visible with a dark background. The other bleeding should not be very noticeable with a dark background.

The grey desktop background is not a driver error, but some type of setting / image file could have somehow been overridden during the install process.
