Best compression software

I'm trying to compress a game worth 30 GB but i can't seem to find really good compression tools which can reduce the size as much so that i can upload the file...any ideas/methods/softwares that might help me out?

Why are you bothering, why not just get someone else to download from source? they are all going to be similar in terms of compression, gut feel the best you could compress that to is approx 20GB, its not worth the effort, its still an un-uploadable size.
