Best DAC and AMP for £250

I am looking for the best DAC and AMP for £250. I currently own a pair of Senheiser momentum's and a pair of hyperX clouds for gaming. But I will soon be buying HD650's for gaming and home listening.

I listen to all kinds of music as well as using them for gaming.

the magni 2 uber has L/R rca outputs that you can use with powered speakers or to a separate speaker amp if you have passive speakers. yes, you can use the dac with both but for speakers you will just be using passthrough on the amp as the magni is a headphone amp not a speaker amp (much different power requirements)
