best tablet to replace a netbook?

I'm looking for a tablet or detachable touch screen laptop to replace a netbook. It's mostly for web surfing and email with some light word processing. Only games would be mahjong type, no action type. Need a
10" or slightly larger screen, would want OS that would enable file transfer to & from a Win 7 PC, able to print to a wireless Canon all-in-one printer, and able to use a wide variety of apps;GPS, mapping, travel info, weather info, etc. Camera nice but not that important.
What would you recommend?
