Best Video Repair Software?

I was looking to fix some videos I lost and recovered. They come up as undf files. My questions is, does anyone have any experience on whats the best video repair software to fix files like these, either a paid or free program. I dont mind paying I just want to pay for something and it actually work. Thank you.

Do you know what format the files were originally in? You could try copying a file or two to a different directory and try changing the file extension to see if that helps. From what I understand UNDF is short for undefined.

they were mp4 video files, ive actually tried changing them and it still didnt work, tried using vlc player and still nothing, I get this message:

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf".

I was looking for the best paid for video repairer or fixer that anyone knows. I dont mind paying.

Not sure if these will work but come across the following:
Yodot MOV Repair
Repair Video Master
MPEG Corrector

They are all about 20 mins long each and under. All from a my phone. Ive done some research but I was hoping some had some personal experience with a program.
