blank sd card or unsupported files

I have Samsung galaxy grand 2 it's just pop up in notification bar that blank sd card or unsupported files when I click know on that it says format memory card when I press okay to format memory card it say preparing get sd card and again same issue occurs plc help me what to do answer me soon waiting

It's possible your SD card has malfunctioned/been corrupted. Test it on another device if you can.

try backing up some of the files and format it was because the file system turning RAW

I had the same problem on my galaxy s4. I placed the sd card into an older phone (galaxy) that I had in a drawer and it was able to read it. I then placed it back into the s4 and it is working fine. I still plan to replace the card but was at least able to recover the information
