I have just bought a new Asus N552VW-FI061T and was running the initial set up. I changed the language to Italian and went ahead with the installation. I completed the step of connecting to wifi and I set up a new microsoft account, which is this one I'm posting from. I skipped the installation of the assistant Cortana. Everything was going smoothly until it said that there was an error and would need to restart. I saw the Asus page with the logo and then it moved into a holding 'just one moment' screen where it has been for 5 hours.
I tried to close it and re-open it and it remains stuck on this screen.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
