Budget Laptop System

I need a budget laptop that can handle YouTube videos at 1080p, Can handle light multitasking such as watching a stream and listening to music, and handle light gaming such as Minecraft and possibly CS:GO. I need all of this for under $300. If anybody know's if this is possible, link me something and let me know. Or let me know what the best laptop for the money is.

Unfortunately, you won't find a laptop with a 1080p screen for $300.
