Buy an LG 3D TV

I have decided to buy an LG 3D TV - LM7600 with 42 inch screen around Diwali. The TV features Hulu Plus and Netflix - though I think these services are not available in India. Am I missing something?

Well you are correct - VOD services such as Hulu and Netflix are not available in India currently. If the option is there in your LG 3D TV, then well and good! If and when the services become available, you will be in a position to enjoy them! In the meanwhile, you can get endless hours of entertainment from another feature of LG Smart TVs - the 3D World. Here, you can find numerous clips in 3D. You can also access 3D videos on YouTube - there are hundreds of them.
