Solved! Buying a laptop outside of the UK

Hello,

I'm a student and was looking to save on a decent laptop. I'm not a techie person, so bare with me


In the UK, the MSI GL62 7QF is £600 on ebuyer, with a 960m

However, i was looking at newegg (American) and saw that the MSI GL62m with a 1050 GTX is about $800 which is about £625.

My brother lives in America and is coming back soon, so i was wondering if he could buy it and i'd be able to use it here.

However there were some considerations that may occur
- The power supply would be different so what kind of adapter would i need to use it in the UK?
- The keyboard would be different (i don't think this would be major)
- I'd like to know if theres any others

Sorry if threads have been posted like this before, i read through them and didn't really understand much.

Do you know what kind of adapter i would need?
The plugs are different in america to the UK

theres adapter changers and you can always change the cable and get a new one

I do not think MSI has an international warranty. If you have problems with it you will not get any tech support.
