C850D wrong bios ( insyde bios, probably from Toshiba C875D? )

Hi all,
Toshiba C850D-11C (PSCC2E-00h00nn5) freeze after POST, after 0 key (hd recovery), without any info on CSM(just toshiba logo and frozen post, numlock frozen, i can enter bios if i fastpress f2 first 1-2 sec after turning on pc ) and with "no booting device"(picture 1) on UEFI settings in bios, I tried another drives, hd,usb,botable and nonbootable, but allways same messages,
there is one more problem, bios shows A4-4300M cpu 2.5ghhz , but im sure C850D-11c is dual core 1.6,
so there is probably wrong bios from C875D, any way to recover bios without chip replacement? sry,my english is 99% slavic
need any informations about insyde flash, bios recovery crisis method or something usefull

You should be able to go to the manufacturers website and download the correct BIOS for your device.

You would then be able to put it on a USB drive and install it on your computer from there.

I found bios at toshiba site but do not know the way to the flash BIOS, i cant boot devices, recovery cd, usb, another hd
tried format usb with fat & fat32, copy .fd file, turnofflaptop, fn+keys, put bios boot priority usb first, f12 boot from usb, change cma uefi bios settings /csm freeze at post(i can start laptop > fast open bios with f2 or access bootmenu f12,that works, after that freeze black screen ) & uefi secure freeze, nonsecure cant find any bootable device after post (first-image)
