Can a Bridge Cam Do depth of field?

and what do you mean by can it do depth of field.
if you mean will there be out of focus areas in front of and behind the focal plane, then yes, that's just physics.
Can you control it, if you can control the aperture settings and can get a very wide open setting, f1.4-2.8 then yes you can achieve some DoF effects.
Can you ask the camera to maintain a DoF, depends on the camera.

Which bridge camera specifically?

Depth of field (bokeh) is very dependent on the size of the camera's sensor and the speed of the lens aperture. Most bridge cameras have the same sized sensor as compact cameras (1/2.3), but there are those which have APS-C and full-frame sensors, just like SLRs.
