Hello i have a disabled nephew and he was used to his old tv having a sleep button on the remote but that tv died and was replaced with a sony 55x900e.

I have never had a harmony remote so im not sure if this is possible, but can i program a single button to emulate pressing Home+down a few times, right to select timers on sonys android interface ?

He just cant seem to remember how to do it and one button would make it so much easier even if he can just get there he knows the numbers and how long they last.

Thanks

I don't know if the Harmony website will let you make custom macros like the one you need for your nephew. My impression is that they won't but check with them to be sure.
The URC Complete Control and RTI remotes can be programmed with any kind or number of macros but require professional programming. In this case that might not be too bad since you only need to operate 1 device and have 1 macro. Check on their website for a local dealer.

First if is harmony still support by Logitech, they remove some recently. When you create the profile or task in your harmony you can map any button to any task directly. so choose one not used or less useful and assign the button you want to.
