Can anyone help compare these gaming laptops in terms of performance?

I'm looking to find a good gaming laptop that offers good performance on most games. High settings would be optimal, but medium is also fine. So, I was wondering if you would be able to compare these laptops in terms of overall gaming performance.

They are similar laptops with different processors and graphics cards, so I wasn't entirely sure which is better.

Id go with the secound choice having the intel processor will help alot with the gpu

definitely the seconds. Great cpu and decent gaming gpu for a laptop.

All others things equal the one with the 7970m wins over the 765m every time. Cpuboss shows intel destroying amd on the cpu front. So the question is, will the weak amd cpu gimp the superior amd gpu to the point of making it actually slower? And sadly i don't know...

Also, would anyone be able to rate the 2nd laptop in terms of performance? How well does it run games that are fairly intensive? I'm not expecting Crysis 3 on ultra with this laptop, but I'd like to get an idea on how it handles most games such as Skyrim and other Steam games.

I'm not sure if I should create another post, but I found a 3rd laptop that's very similar to the others I posted. It appears to have a better CPU, so I was wondering which of the two are better now. The earlier posts say that the laptop with Intel CPU is better, but it's GPU is worse than the other laptop's. Now that the CPU has been upgraded in the first one, which laptop is better for gaming?
