Can i add a separate graphics card in my notebook?

3rd Gen Intel® Core™ i7-3537U processor
8GB DDR3 memory
750GB Serial ATA II hard drive (5400 rpm)
Intel® HD Graphics 4000

to get external gpus for laptops, they are usually done in either Express card to PCI-E or Thunderbolt port to PCI-E both of which are not cheap and are probably not present in that ultrabook

That model does not support a dedicated video. And external video really isnt worth it.
