Your computer doesn't meet the minimum for either game. Under the best circumstances a 6570 in crossfire with your APU would perform like a 6670, which is right at the edge of even meeting the minimum. It isn't going to perform well on those two games no matter what you do.

but if i disable the crossfire. i can play the assassin creed and the nfs rivals. but when i on the crossfire. my fps from 40-20 like that 🙁

It seems that Assassins Creed has issues with Crossfire, being a title released under the Nvidia umbrella. Possibly the same applies with NFS.
